35 weeks is the earliest I can have a home birth and I hit that milestone, woohoo! And in just a few days I'll be one month (by calendar math, not pregnancy math) away from my due date. I hope the little one decides to hang in there a bit longer as I could use the hours of work in October and the closer to my due date the baby is born, the better off the baby will be, but I'm very happy to be at this stage in my pregnancy. I really need to wrap up the last bits of stuff I need in order to be prepared for the baby!
I like milestones too. I have a few ahead of me. Next week is 36 weeks when I'll start having weekly appointments. 37 weeks is officially full term and home visits start. 40 is full term... Then if things creep past 41 I'll start getting a bit anxious probably... but it is nice to have a bunch of little milestones ahead of me for my last stretch of pregnancy.
