In this entire pregnancy i never suffered from morning sickness just extreme fatigue in first tri - where id feel weak all the time. Even breathing seemed an effort.
I feel exactly like that today - i had a blood test the other week so dont think iam aneamic.Im short of breath anyways from where baby is moving up and then when i cant take a deep breath i end up having a panic attack. I literally feel like im going to die.
I know thats extreme but i just feel so weak and my arms and legs feel heavy and tired and i just want to cry. I keep getting the odd belly ache too where i think ive got a slightly upset tummy too.
Baby is moving around fine so im not too worried about that i just didnt know if maybe the fatigue is returning for good.....or if its maybe just a one off bad day. I should be ok shouldnt i... im such a panicker and ive felt like this before but i always worry as i really dont want to be having this for the next 7-8 wks .
Sounds like your body is just 'getting ready' in preparation for the birth.....I am also suffering terribly....I swear I'm further on than 30 weeks.....but think in all honesty it's just the fact my body has done this twice before and I'm suffering all the stages a little earlier!
I'm also having the upset tummy, so much so I hate to eat now, even though I do...and I won't eat out as I can't guarantee where the neareast toilet is!!
I want to sleep all the time and have a tension headache over my left eye that makes me nauseous and dizzy....and numb wrists and hands and lower legs!
Dreading the summer break as I have to keep two children entertained 24/7, one with severe autism, until the baby arrives!!!
I bet its just a bad day and your body is telling you to take it easy. If you can, I would stay home and relax and drink loads of water and eat some healthy snacks. I've had days like this too and usually the next day I feel much better.
I often feel like this hun, extremely tired, weak, dizzy hot then i get all panicky. Just found out im slightly anaemic so im on iron tablets. Ive also had a bit of a dicky tummy which comes and goes and im not sure whether its the tablets. Probably as baby gets bigger its taking all of our nutrients and goodness so just try and rest as much as you can ( i need to take my own advice too xx)
I feel exactly the same today hon. I could hardly string a sentence together earlier at work! Was trying to do a review for a trainee, and couldn't think of any words I needed, and was almost shaking with fatigue. Bizarre isn't it. Feeling slightly better now though. Hope you're improving
There's been a lot of new posts in 3rd Tri with this issue lately. I am feeling the same way this week. I can't do as long of walks anymore, can only muster working my 8 hour day than on the couch all night after a short walk. I feel breathless a lot and I really wish I didn't have to work 40 hrs/ a week anymore!!! Hang in there hun, you are not alone!
