Hiya my belly button can be really sore to touch too and I have a small bruise where my peircing used to be. I asked the midwife about it and she said it seems to be a common complaint and she thinks its caused my streching and is nothing to worry about, my belly button definetly seems to be working its way out though so its understandable.
No harm in getting ure midwife to have a wee look at ure next appt for reassurance
Ive got a periced belly button (although have removed percing whilst pregnant) and where my stomach is tight it has stretched it and its very bruised on mine.Mine is from the top whole down to the bottom hole.I dont like it Im guessing belly buttons peirced or not are prone to stretching/ looking bruised x
I had a pierced belly button too, and although there's no visible bruise, there is the tiniest stretchmark at the top and it's been sore like a bruise since about 28 weeks. I figured it was just that the skin can't stretch as well because it's scarred. It only hurts to touch though, so I decided it wasn't anything serious.
