It could just be normal aches and pains of pregnancy. When you're having a growth spurt it can feel like menstrual cramps sometimes.
How bad are they and how long have you had them?
Are they just like normal period pains? If they are stronger than a normal period pain you should definitely call your midwife for advice, or if you are very worried it's always worth a call the be reassured.
Im feeling better now, the pains seem to have eased... ugh, think it was nothing to worry about.... I have also felt some weird pains this pregnancy, I just need to stop worrying to much I guess... Thank you so much for the replies!
I started getting really bad cramps, very much like severe period pains about 32 weeks and still no sign of baby so fingers crossed its nothing for you to worry about.I went to hosp the first time it happened as the pain was so prolonged and intense, i got the catch all response of 'its just one of those things'...
