Tmi - stomach ache, really sore and now petrified of labour! Help!

This is really Tmi but I've got to the point where it's so painful I don't care! Since Saturday I've been having stomach pains. From Saturday to Monday they were sharp pains and the only way to relieve them was to go to the toilet, eqch timee it was a small amount of diarrhoea. On Monday I felt so awful I had to stay home from work! Tuesday was a bit better and I ate very bland dry food and only went to the toilet a few times which was a big improvement, i presumed it was what i ate over the weekend as i had a lot of rich food. I was hoping today I'd be better, but now it's gone opposite and instead of diarrhoea I've got what feels like bullets wish I'd not eaten bland food now but I was trying to stop the diarrhoea! I am now petrified of going to the toilet and eating anything, I was beside myself with pain earlier as I had stomach cramps as if I really needed to go, but I was just pushing and not getting anywhere and practically in tears while sitting on the loo. To top it all off I've got a big ugly pile hanging out which is stinging like crazy! I just don't know what to do is this normal for late pregnancy?! My appetite has gone down a lot in the last few days too. What can I do?!

Aww sweetie big hugs xxx yes , I am sad to say this is normal for late pregnancy. If I eat anything rich I get an upset tum , then the next day I can be so blocked up and just so sore and uncomfortable . . . If you are worried about anything at all then call your mw/dr.

Glad I'm not the only one!! Think I will just try and eat normally in future rather than trying to fix myself

Nooooo don't be scared - pooing with piles for days is way worse than labour! Labour is intense but you know each contraction is only seconds away from stopping. Whereas stingy poo on piles and relentless poo-pain is awful! Get some pile cream on your bum and if you can bear it, push it back inside (sexy I know). Stick to your bland foods and give yourself chance to heal xx
