Feeling v unwell. Advice ladies?

So, for the last 3 days I have had a headache, felt nauseous and had quite loose bowel movements. TMI sorry. Feel 'not quite right'.
I'm 35 weeks today.
Is this part of the pregnancy ride ?

I've been like this since 35 weeks too. Feels like morning sickness has come back and feel awful! My midwife got excited at the start thinking it might be the sign of labour coming soon but 2 weeks later I'm exactly the same. She said it's all the change of hormones again towards the end of pregnancy and some people it means labour is immintent and others might gone on like it for a few weeks...
Hope yours waits til 37 weeks too! xx

I've felt like this since about 35wks too, except I've only had the one headache (stubborn though!) lol. It can mean labour is around the corner for some but I've also heard a lot of women feel like this towards the end too. Like PP said, I heard it can be to do with the change in hormones. I'm 37+1 today and still pg so it hasn't been a sign of imminent labour for me (touch wood)!

Thanks ladies. I'm now getting low cramping which is making my thighs feel funny. Just having a pint of water and will see if it improves

Unfortunately it's all part of pregnancy. I started feeling that way around 36 weeks and thought maybe either something was wrong with me or I was having signs of preterm labor. Glad to say I'm 39 weeks now with no preterm labor. But the symptoms are still here some days worse than others.
The best thing I have allowed myself to do without feeling guilty is to take as many naps as I feel I need. Nap as often as you need it makes it just a little easier.

Quick update. Went see MW, who's sent me to hosp- BP was 150/100. Monitoring me for PE now. BP has come down. Reflexes are also quite 'brisk' so could be sign of swelling to brain. Although bloods aren't showing that I have it?!?! Just want to go home!

Thanks! BP seems ok at the minute. Have to have a scan today to check on baby, placenta and fluid. If BP stays ok I can go home and be closely monitored by town team midwives.
