Fundal height worries

Ok at 30w checkup was told fundal height only 28cm. I know this is still in 'ok' range but have been called back in 2 weeks instead of the usual 4. Anyone else any experience of this?

No its just how ur tummy measures. unless theres a huge difference in fh and how many weeks u are there usually nothing to worry about. babys grow at different rates.and it can depend on ur height ect. im 6ft1 so my fh will always be measuring ahead as my torso is very long.

i have too much amnotic fluid so thats the reason for mine.

I've been measured 3 times and measure behind first, then ahead and dead on this last time. I know the first time baby was lying transverse and has since moved head down which midwife said could make measurement bigger.

My sister was mearsuring 3 weeks behind at 31 weeks and had her baby sunday...Lucie was a whopping 9lb 8!! lol

I think its only a guide, and like the other ladies said 3+/- either way is fine

I don't know how they do things in Ireland, but around here, prenatal check-ups are every 2 weeks for months 7 and 8 anyways. Month 9 is every week.
