Has anyone experienced this?

So I made the mistake of googling, and now I'm a bit freaked out. Three days ago I started having bad lower back pain. Well I thought, normal. Shes getting bigger so its bound to happen. Well then, last night I was just sitting on my couch and I got a realllllly sharp shooting pain on my right side. It was on my side of my bump and then down to close to my vagina. This happened really bad about three times and then some smaller ones off and on all night. I've also been having kind of sharp sometimes tingling feelings in my vagina also. Well, it feels pretty normal now i think besides some twinges here and there that sre uncomfortable. Well my back still hurts. But I saw on google about a placental abruption. And now I'm freaking out. Help!

If you are worried, ring your midwife, but it'll just be ligaments I bet. Is baby still moving? Any bleeding? X

I don't know about placenta abruption...but I've had the lower back pain, and sharp pains shooting up near the muscle of my spine on the right side. Started Thursday night. I don't feel it all the time. It comes and goes...sharp pain, and then gone. Sometimes 2 or 3 times in a row...but then it'll stop. Sometimes it happens during a contraction, other times on it's own. I have no idea what's going on...but it sounds similar.

I called the labor and delivery unit at my hospital and talked to one of the drs on call and he said it all sounded very normal and to only be concerned if I was getting contractions close together. And no bleeding, and yes she is still moving. Not as much, idt but he said as long as I feel her move every day then not to worry. Thank you. (:

Yes it does. My shooting pains were in the front though. I did call the dr and he wasn't concerned. So, yay! Lol. Thanks. (:
