I had mid/upper back and rib pain on my right side for 5 weeks straight, it was a nightmare. Must've had something to do with how baby was lying, because it disappeared about a week and a half ago. Doctor couldn't do much for me, and even my chiropractor wasn't much help. Hope you feel better soon!

Yeah iv been suffering with this on and off! Doesnt sound half as bad as what you have though but its still annoying!

My OH went out and bought me one of those vibrating seat things, you just plug it in, stick it on your sofa or chair and it vibrates & heats. Its noisy but only cost 30 from Argos and it really helps.

Other than constantly lying in the bath and having personal massages, its the next best thing for me!

I've had this too, in the exact same place, very uncomfy and constant, and was admitted to hospital last night as it got out of hand combined with sudden tight chest pains - turns out it was some kind of reaction to my iron tablets. Are you taking these?

ive had constant pain between my shoulder blades for a few weeks now, doc says its to do with your centre of gravity being off and the muscles pulling as well as ur body expanding. its agony but ive found heat works, those heat pads are great

I get this when i am sitting in the office all day (which is all week). i do pregnancy yoga however, and the instructor showed me a couple of good streching exercises that really help.

no im not on any tablets. went to see dr and he said it muscular due to pressure and posture and weight of baby that my body isnt used to, because of my job he has signed me off for 2 weeks then im back for 1 week then go on maternity so hopefully the rest for the next 2 weeks will help. x x
