Raspberry leaf tea after previous C-section?

Has anyone ever taken RLT after a previous C-section? I would love any personal stories about your experiences. I ask because there are warnings online about not taking it if you've had a prior C-section, but I don't understand why it's any more dangerous than going into labor after a prior C-section.

I forgot to ask my OB about this yesterday during my appointment, and don't see her again until Monday. It's quite hard to get a callback from her office unless it's an emergency/labor, so I doubt if I called about this matter that anyone would call me back… (I know a lot of people will say "Why didn't you ask your doctor?")

I had a C-section 17 months ago. I am 37+3 and want to go into labor as soon as I can. This is because, for the last 2 weeks, I have been suffering from sporadic contractions and pain throughout the day as well as 4-6 hour bouts of very painful contractions every night. My OB has diagnosed this as 'irritable uterus' and said that some women are just cursed with it, that it's extremely painful, and that there's nothing that can be done about it. The contractions keep me awake, do not respond to muscle relaxants or painkillers, and they are producing NO cervical change. I am going insane from constant pain and lack of sleep, and my C-section is not for another 1.5 weeks.

My OB did, however, say that she would section me immediately if I went into labor. She and I both keep looking for any signs that could be classed as "labor," but alas I'm only 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced, Little Man is thankfully responding beautifully to the contractions I have during NSTs (no signs of fetal distress), and the powerful contractions stop every day around 3-4 am so it's hard to 'catch' them on my NSTs, which happen during regular business hours.

I am looking for a way to get these irregular bouts of contractions to unify into something that will dilate me a couple more centimeters so I can go into labor and end this irritable uterus torture. The pain is only getting worse over time, but still no cervical change. My OB said Little Man is big, healthy, and that he would do great if born now. She said we are welcome to try sex for natural induction but I haven't asked her about RLT because I just heard about it. I also plan to ask her about nipple stimulation when I see her next.
