Can you recommend a baby book?

Hi ladies,

Sorry for the intrusion into your forum. I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a good baby book? From birth onwards...!

Thanks

x

I have got "What to expect when your expecting" and there is a follow up "What to expect, the first year" by Arlene Eisenberg. I have found the pregnancy book sooooo good and plan to get the first year one asap. All the reviews i've read about it seem great too. Hope this helps.

I have Conception, Pregnancy and birth by Dr Miriam Stoppard.
This book is fantastic, aimed at normal people who dont want a book full of medical jargon and want one thats a bit more personal.
Brilliantly illustrated too and covers litterally everything including ttc sections which ive not found before. Also a scetion for the man in your life.

Tescos, £12 Highly reccommennd

i also have the 'what to expect when you are expecting' book - very good and very informative. I have asked hubby for the follow up 'what to expect the first year' for christmas!!! Thats the only book i have had really, got most my info from there and this forum! Oh, and Myleen Class's book is very good - it's nice to read the journey from someone as they are going through it as it is very personal xxx

I have both these and they are very good but more as a reference book than a nighttime read. Not enough pictures for me lol

I have this book also as recommended by my GP - I wouldn't even consider reading anything from any other author / doctor. I bought the next edition which is from birth to pre school and it's great

good luck xxx
