Relation to brim: 3/5th - what does that mean?!

At my appointment today, the midwife put under the 'relation to brim' column '3/5th' but what does this mean? Palpable or engaged?

I remember last time my MW writing it was 2/5 above the brim (meaning 3/5 engaged), not sure of they always write it that way around though

Thanks ladies. Wish they made the notes a bit clearer! I'm assuming the layout is the same for all of the UK?!

My yellow book has a Palpable column which i had 4/5th-P written in so I'd guess maybe 3/5ths palpable?

I believe it is how much of baby's head can be felt. So 0/5 is fully engaged and 5/5 is free. That is how it is explained in my green notes xx
