Here, we would get it in health food shops and my local one can order it in. So other than seeing if Holland and Barrett would ship to Oman (to arrive seconds after the birth!!), I'd go find a health food shop and see if they can order it in for you. May also be worth trying the pharmacy as you can get it in tablet form. Try a private type shop, rather than a chain as they tend to be alot more flexible and buy their own stock rather than just selling what the head office wants them to sell. Good luck!!

Best place to get the right one is defo a proper health place like holland & barretts as although you can buy herbal teas from supermarkets they're not the right ones.
I bought mine from holland & barretts 1.20 for 20 tea bags, & you CAN actually drink it from 32wks by starting off at 1 cup a day. Starting at 37wks doesn't get in your system long enough by 1 cup a day. Alot of people start at 34 wks though then gradually work up an extra cup per day per week.

I really don't rate RLT at all. I went through boxes of it with my ds and it didn't do a thing. I thought it tasted vile as well!!! My advice would be - save your money!!! x
