Boston, I get painful movement in my belly but I wouldn't say its super sharp pain.. More like someone pushing on a bruise. I hope you feel better.

Geralyn, I hope baby turns for you!

I have the midwife again tomorrow. Only 5 days until I'm in my "birth window" and cleared for my birth center birth! Really hoping this nugget comes earlier rather than later, as if he comes after 40 weeks my husband won't be able to stay more than a day or two. He has to leave again for work So 5 days, baby... Then it's on!

LiLi2 - oh if anything I feel worse this morning. I am so tired from not sleeping and this pain is just so consistent. Its along my right side where my abs would be if I wasn't pregnant! I can feel the tightness or sharp pain every single time I take a deep breath. I am starting to think it might just be her because when she moves a certain way it stops but she always goes back to whatever position that is uncomfortable. plus I can feel something hard if I push on the area, maybe a spine or her bottom. Praying this isn't my new normal for the next 5 weeks.

5 days! thats so exciting! Are you going to be doing anything to help encourage labor?!

I'm worried about being induced I think it sounds scary. I have been getting bh but no real contractions.

I can't believe there is 5 DAYS UNTIL JUNE!!!

Crazy.

Hi to everyone I haven't said hi to yet. seems like we have a lot of home birth/birth center/natural birth go-ers on this thread. That's exciting and encouraging to me. (please don't get me wrong. ANY type of birth is wonderful and powerful. But selfishly, it's nice for me to see others with my plan. I don't know anyone in real life outside of my Bradley classes who is particularly on-board with it)

I'm a hospital birth but really want all natural. (insurance just didn't cover anything but hospital)

BostonLover- I hope that gets better! I had a broken rib for the first 5 months of pregnancy. It was pretty horrible. It's still not completely healed, but it's MUUUUCH better now. If it is from the baby's position, it might get better if (or when) they engage, drop down a bit, give your ribs some extra breathing room.

I've heard some people get some rib relief from that.

Have any of you had your BP rise at 33 weeks ish? I know it's common around 24 but it seems a far ways off from that. Mine is normally SUPER low(84/43-90/60) but it's been steadily rising for a week. It was 118/94 Monday and today it's 124/78 which is NORMAL just not for me. So weird.

If it makes you feel any better, my BP is usually in the 80's/60's but when in pregnant it is a little higher, and being at the doctor's office makes it even higher. So my readings have been 120/70-80 lately and though that's not normal for me, it's still normal. I wouldn't worry unless your doctor or midwife is worried.

I took Bradley classes when I was pregnant with my son. I didn't get the natural birth I hoped for with him after a 40 hour labor and not progressing I ended up getting pitocin and then an epidural. I was really hoping to have a natural birth this time...I even got a doula to try and help with that but baby is still breech so I don't know if I'll get the chance
