37 weeks - Feeling generally unwell. Part of it or beginning of end?

I haven't been sleeping well - I fell asleep at about 3 this morning and woke up at 6:30 to pee. Climbed back in the bed and got up at around 9 but barely slept between that time. My hips have been killing me and my goodness the sciatic pain in my legs/hips/back is awful.

Felt funky this morning but kept going. Went to the grocery store for a few things and went to my dad's to see him for Father's Day and we barbecued burgers and chicken (yum).

Left and then went straight to work. I work with teens with SED (severe emotional disturbance) in a chronic care setting. They wanted to go outside and it is SOOO hot. So I sat outside with them for about 30-45 minutes and went back inside because I just felt even more off. I took a break then I had the nurse check my BP and it was great. Like 135/72 or so. It was good so I went back to work - checking girls' inventories from their weekend passes home and then went to dinner. And I'm sitting here and I just feel simply unwell.

I'm tired. I'm moody. My hips hurt - I definitely don't want to get up and walk. I'm a little queasy and I have a headache and I'm lightheaded/dizzy. The nurse is trying to get me to go home because we are about 45-50 minutes away from the nearest hospital. But my belly/tummy area feels fine other than a few BH when I was at my dad's house...

I just really don't feel good and I'm trying to hold out because I don't have a lot of paid time saved up for maternity leave.

Possibly coming down with something? I feel like this constantly but I'm getting cold about every 2 weeks, never felt so shit in my life and usually get maybe 1 cold a year usually.

I MIGHT be...one of our new girls at work had something a few days ago that she was given antibiotics for and it's likely I could have picked it up. I ache between my shoulders and whatnot but I don't have a stuffy/runny nose and my throat feels fine. I just feel...off.

Moody and on the brink of tears. Headache and just...blehh.

I came on to post exactly this, only I'm 35 weeks 1 day. I feel so off today. Baby is going mental and it kills. I've taken paracetamol as I've a headache and sore throat. Pretty sure I'm just getting a cold but I'm packing my hospital bag right now just in case!

I slept a little better, but it still wasn't as restful as it needed to be. I'm nesting, so by the time I get home I end up cleaning til 2am and get to bed by 3. Then I'm awake by 6 or 7 because I have to pee.

When I went into labor both times, I do remember feeling a bit off. Not sick, just not myself either. Hard to describe. One big change I did notice was the amount of drinking I was doing. I mean I would chug water all day long and I craved ice. I remember my midwife telling me that it has to do with the body flushing out your system so you don't poo during labor lol.

I am feeling really rubbish at the moment, and a friend said she felt poorly a lot towards the end. It could be connected or we could be coming down with something. xxx
