Honestly, it's 50/50. I might be in the minority but I don't much believe in the whole trying to swing it thing! You could try every trick in the book and get what you want and you'll think it worked. But in reality, you could have equally done nothing to swing it and still ended up with the same gender! Seems like it's all total chance to me! But there are certainly plenty of theories if you have a google! I'm having a girl and my conception and symptoms go against pretty much every theory in the book for a girl! which just adds to my scepticism!
My husband and I tried to sway (to an extent) this time with supplements and changing ph in our bodies, but we are having our third boy
I'm not sure if we would try a sway again in the future or just leave it to chance... but there are so many different ideas on how to sway "correctly" id suggest doing it with the correct supplements plus the girl diet and everything instead of just supplements like we did... all or nothing
I guess, bearing in mind that female sperm live longer than male sperm in the uterus, you could try DTD 5-7 days before ovulation. That way there is a greater chance of it being a female sperm that fertilises the egg? Obviously there is no exact science though! All the best!
