But i hated that while laboring every time i moved funny or she did waters would keep flowing and i had to keep going to the bathroom to clean up but i hated sitting through a contraction i kinda hope next time i have a baby my waters will just break sometime during pushing
Giving birth is lovely for the end result but it's so gross and messy too lol

Haha really, I can barely walk when I get up and feel like I've been imitating that squirrel in my sleep

Lol okay everyone's stories are making me want to take back wanting my water to break! Though I am ready with some Depends I like to use them for the really heavy bleeding right after birth anyway but i have a couple out of the hospital bag just in case.

It sounds like waters tend to break in bed? I wonder why that is. My midwife had to break the waters for ds2 after his head was out, I was told it was really cool and he was still in there, but there was meconium so she needed to break it. She offered a mirror and I was like "I NEED HIM TO BE OUT NOWW!!" Kind of wish now that I had looked, but you know, when a baby's head is hanging out of your vag... it's not exactly an "oh yeah let me stop pushing and see!" kind of moment.

Lol. No judgement from me. If someone tries to hand me a mirror I'll probably throw it at them. I don't like looking down there normally nevermind when there's a human hanging out of it!

Hahaha! I am all for birth, I think it's beautiful all around but... I don't know it seeing my crotch all swollen with baby would help me push or make me freeze up!

I must admit that I find it all fascinating but who knows...maybe I would feel different seeing it all happen via me lol but knowing me, I would still look. Not sure if I would go so far as to touch her head though. I think that's my limit

And so it starts.... I get a Facebook message today from a girl I used to go to school with. She'll be able to see my posts, it's not like I've hidden them from her or that she's not on my friends list. I get asked the dumbest question.

"Baby not here yet?"

Well...unless I've had her without me knowing....FFS NO!

I'm pretty sure I'd have mentioned it by now if I had. Ugh people and their dumb questions

This. Drives. Me. Insane!!!

I've snapped at many people already. The worst was my hubbys grandma who asked me, "What are you waiting for?"

Ummmm. Apparently labor. Wtf.

What gets me is I posted a status about me being 37 weeks pregnant literally an hour or so before. I don't know if she was just trying to make conversation or what but I ignored her. I just couldn't bring myself to respond in a non sarcastic and/Or bitchy way so left it. I figured that she could work out for herself what a stupid question she asked.
