I feel like I'm going to blow

I'm having the oddest sensation down below and wondering if it's my waters about to totally erupt.
When I had Ethan, I just got contractions and they popped my waters for me.
When I had Max, I didn't really have much warning, my waters just randomly went when I was laying in bed.
This time, I'm getting so much pressure down below and feeling sort of popping sensations that feel similar to when my waters went with Max, that I'm wondering if they're straining to the point now where they are just going to go. But then I'm not sure if it's just her moving about really low down.

Omg...this is torture lol

Hope things get moving for you soon I'm not even getting contractions, just the overwhelming pressure. I've safe guarded my bed just in case lol

Oh no! I love our mattress... My water has never broken on its own before, but it sounds like such a dramatic and exciting start to labor... Maybe I'm nuts, I want to experience it but not at the expense of our awesome mattress! Lol..

On the other hand, last pregnancy I had that low down bowling ball in my crotch and super horrible pressure baby is gonna fall out kind of feeling, still had to get a sweep at my due date! This time tons of contractions but no bowling ball.. i just feel like I did the splits for a week straight...

That pic!

Yeah, it was quite an odd sensation when my waters went with Max. Was just laying in bed trying to sleep and then at midnight, I felt this popping sensation. My first thought was that he had just moved but then I felt a gush of warm between my legs and when I stood up, the waters were flowing out of me. Was quite gross. I started shaking then because all of a sudden I just knew that unlike contractions that sometimes go away and can take a while to get going, because my waters had gone, his arrival was going to be soon. Even though it was 47 hours after that I eventually got to see him lol!

I had the pop with DD! I was in bed, rolled over and heard a loud pop like someone had popped a balloon in my room. I jumped up and ran to the loo when it all gushed out! Every time I roll over in bed now I'm waiting for it! I'm getting the pressure and lightening and keep thinking if I just bounce it'll happen 😂 I'm also getting small pops and crackles all over. It's frustrating not knowing when it will start!

How do you guys waterproof your beds? With towels or a rubber mattress cover? I have a foam mattress topper that I could conceivably toss and replace but it was $150...

I'm quite frankly horrified at my waters breaking spontaneously anywhere other than the shower. I hate mess in general so the thought of that somewhere in my house or car grosses me out. Praying it doesn't happen at all until labor, or somewhere more convenient at least.

I'm not pregnant anymore but my labour started with my waters going! Didn't have the Popping sensation but i just stood up and it started to flow down my legs. It really was a mess but thankfully i was already in the hospital due to be induced that day (water broke at 5am) so at least i didn't have to clean the floor haha

But i hated that while laboring every time i moved funny or she did waters would keep flowing and i had to keep going to the bathroom to clean up but i hated sitting through a contraction i kinda hope next time i have a baby my waters will just break sometime during pushing

I bought a waterproof mattress protector. It's soft on top but has the waterproof plastic bit underneath. Then I've got some of those maternity bed pad things that they use in the hospital. I bought them in Poundland when I was having Max and they came in handy. Luckily still had a few left so making use again.
I'm sure Ebay or Amazon will have them if you can't find them in shops near you. I haven't seen them as much this time round so am glad I kept hold of them
