White blood cells, green discharge. Thrush?

Saw the midwife on Thursday and she mentioned high white blood cells in my urine, told her Iv had excessive thick and thin discharge the past week or so but she didn't seem bothered. Iv also been getting green stringy mucusy discharge.

Could this be thrush? Iv had it quite a lot through this pregnancy but this time feels different as not really itchy just the constant wet feeling down there even with a thin pad on my knickers are wet 😖(Sorry tmi!)

Any ideas? Can't get in to docs for a week so could just buy canestan pessary tomorrow? x

Doesn't sound like thrush at all. Green mucus can indicate infection, bacterial infection. Thrush is white creamy cottage cheese- like discharge. I'd go for a vaginal swab. GL!

It doesn't sound like thrush to me. Whenever I have had it it has been loads and loads of thick, white and chunky discharge and it has burned and itched like crazy. The white cells could be a wee infection.

It could just be normal for you in the third trimester or it could be some other type of imbalance.

Glad the pessary helped. In all honesty I have had heaps of white discharge since around 14 weeks and have had to wear a pad most days, it's just what my body does when pregnant.

Although the discharge isn't as much it's still white and thick with bits of green in sometimes My underwear is terrible having to wear sanitary towels when pregnant!

Will have to try and get in for a swab with the gp I think!
