like PP's have said, get in those electrolytes! Potassium, magnesium, lots of water, and don't skip your prenatal vitamin. I started eating a breakfast cereal with 100% of most vitamins covered too, just to make sure I'm good on everything!

Yup, I've had those since around the beginning of second trimester and my midwife recommended more water along with a calcium magnesium supplement. She said that it's important that it's specifically calcium magnesium, rather than just one or the other, because apparently the two work together in the muscles. It has worked quite well for me, just a few occasional cramps still.
