All bump means more ligament pain etc?

I'm still trying to get to the bottom of these weird bump pains i'm getting.
With my last two pregnancies I've generally gained weight everywhere and never experienced any pains like this. This time I'm very much more all bump as they say.. you can actually see the bump starting halfway in my hip and a very defined shape which is weird!
I should add I always start at about 9/9.5 stone and 5ft 6 so not generally big.

Anyway sorry my question is would an "all bump" bump cause more aches and pains because its more defined and central?!

I think so because I'm all bump this time. I've gained now weight elsewhere and the aches and pains are unreal!

Maybe because I'm slightly older than the other two pregnancies and have done them all in 5 years as well.
But I definitely feel more pains and aches etc.
