SPD, This may help!

Hi

I suffer from spd and a really bad lower back. Spoke to my midwife and she said apply an ice pack to the areas. Who knew it actually works and reduces any inflammation. I've always assumed it was a warm compress to help pulled muscles etc. I'm currently sat with a tea towel and frozen peas between my legs haha it's weirdly nice!

Just wanted to share with any fellow sufferers x

Thanks for the advice! I have been using a rice filled sock but it doesn't stay cold enough. I should have thought of peas.
