I had decided to have a csection from the start. So I had this follow up already booked with surgeon to discuss again at 36wks to see if I still wanted one. When I went for my 20wk scan the lady had to book me in for another scan also at 36wks as she couldn't see the position of the placenta. Had my midwife app two weeks ago and she told me he was breech. It's just ironic how its all ended up.
Definitely don't let anyone make you feel like you have to do anything you are not happy with. I was like that asking for csection then I had a new midwife and she said you don't have to justify it, it's your choice. X

It did annoy me a little because she just automatically assumed that's what I was doing and I didn't feel like I could really discuss the pros and cons of it .. when I go to my next growth scan at 36 weeks I'll ask them more about it and make my decision .. it just seems like it could be a lot of pain and discomfort and there's a good chance it won't work!

Definitely, it's your body. I had to be really honest and speak up about my fears and get my point across. It depends on what sort of midwife you get as well. X

After thinking more and more importantly am leaning towards trying it as I really would prefer a vaginal birth .. I definitely agree with it depends what midwife you get some of them are so different with such different opinions!

Yes it was all ok, he must have turned in the night before scan. I said to my partner I could suddenly breath and my stomach looked differently. Talk about last minute!
I have been told he is large and is in the top 3% on the scale. Haha eekkk!

Has your little one turned?

I was surprised he had when the lady said at the scan. It was the breathing for me which felt easier. Weird it still felt the same, you never know haha he still has time!
