I had the same. For me, it was my right foot. CONSTANTly swollen. Everything was fine... It stayed swollen until my baby was 6 weeks old... I noticed it got better if I drank a lot of water, but that swelling did not wanna go away completely. My doctor told me to go for short walks during the day to help disperse the fluid and to stay well hydrated. It didn't work for me, but apparently it works for some people.

I try to stay pretty hydrated, itís getting harder to do the short walks because it hurts so bad. My bp was 127/79

It might be worth a mention to your midwife/OB so they can check for protein in your urine if they haven't already.

Both my feet/ ankles are huge! I mentioned it to my midwife and she said they don't worry unless your face starts to swell as well, even though I've had to take my engagement ring off because my fingers have swollen up 😕

Thank you all for responding! I go to the doctor today and I will definitely bring it up! Especially since I have stints in my ankles to hold my arches up. I’d hate for all the swelling to mess them up or damage them in any way.
