Hi CKelly! Unfortunately it's a changing beast through the whole pregnancy... what works at week 25 doesn't always at week 30 I'm going great over here so far, but I'm so early and not diagnosed yet. I got a fresh set of test strips and so far I haven't had any highs!! I had a lot of spaghetti last night and got a 7.1 and a breakfast sandwich this morning and got a 5.7 (1 hr readings).

Which is good because I'm only 12 weeks Once they start creeping up I'll go take my 2 hour glucose test to confirm dx for my mw.

It can be really discouraging though, I know how you feel. It can be depressing not being able to eat any carbs without spiking your sugars -- been there last pregnancy.

It's so much work. Not a fun way to spend the last 14 weeks of your pregnancy. Holidays I find especially hard! No way I can do dessert!!
