Raspberry leaf tablets

Has anyone used these in previous pregnancies? I'm not a fan of flavoured teas so I'm not keen on trying the leaf tea. Do you take just one a day or more? Do you think they helped at all? I didn't take anything like this for my first pregnancy, but thinking about giving it a try this time....in a few weeks time obviously. Bit early just now.

I'm thinking of trying the tea this time, I didn't have it last pregnancy and already had a pretty quick labour. Am I crazy to try it this time and risk having a super crazy fast labour!?

I read that you can start the tea from around 34 weeks so I thought the tablets would be about the same? I don't know about dosage for the tablets though xx

How quick was your last labour? They do say it's not recommended if you have had quick labours in the past without taking it xx

I had a ridiculously fast labour with DS and no raspberry leaf tea . DD1 doesn't count as was induced with failure to progress at 32wk. Dd2 I drank it from 34 weeks , hsd tons of BH but had irritable uterus so i dont know if the tea wss fully responsible Ended up booking an elcs at 37 weeks for the week after as I had big baby and polyhydramnios.

Yeah think I'd like at least 3 or 4 hour labour. My first was 6 hours, progressed very quickly.

Nordicpixie- how did you kow you had irritable uterus? I have pretty constant BH so I'm sure that contributes to having faster labours?
