Induction failed last time and ended up with a section so to be honest I wouldn't really want to do that again anyway so I'm not too gutted I can't be induced! Just going to try everything to go naturally x
Aw sorry, I didn't realise you couldn't be induced after a c-section. I don't blame you one bit for not wanting to be induced, I had a pretty traumatic time of it with my induction myself, won't post to much about it as I don't want to scare people needlessly in case they read this! Lol, as some people have good inductions.
But with that and that they wont let me go naturally, my spd being severe and a baby on the 85th-90th percentile, I'm having a planned section this time over the induction (my only two choices really)
Hope the sweeps work for you, my friend swore by raspberry leaf tea if that's helps! She drank it religiously starting a couple of weeks before and walked loads, she might have just been lucky though

Oh don't worry I'll be trying everything😂 Raspberry tea, clary sage, acupuncture, evening primrose.. the lot! They have said I can have a section if I want at 38 weeks onwards, I haven't ruled it out yet but who knows. Depends how SPD goes amongst other things... the only thing putting me off it at the moment is recovery time with my daughter too. My husband has 2 weeks off but apart from that I don't have any help at all so it's tricky to know as my recovery was pretty slow last time and I need to drive her to school etc so I'm not sure how I would cope if I couldn't drive/walk that well! Hoping for good things for both of us xx

I had terrible pgp with my sons pregnancy and had that same dose of cocodomol, he was fine and there was no mention of him requiring monitoring at that dose(which I took every day), only if I needed moving onto a higher dose. I was offered other things spinal injections/stronger painkillers but it all meant more risks for him so I chose to just stick it out and things did improve near the end when he started engaging (apparently their heads can act as splints and keep things more stable). I really sympathise the pain is horrendous xx
