Help.... Pretty miserable here

Hey all I'm 35+3 today with my 5th baby,
Bit of background that relates. I have fibromyalgia so I'm in a lot of pain daily anyway but that's more localised to my joints back and shoulders...

Well the problem is that my little lady feels soooo low nd I'm in agony, so bad cocodamol doesn't touch it, I feel I can hardly walk and when I sit it feels like I'm sitting on her head sometimes, I seriously don't know how much more I can take!!! People keep saying only a few more weeks but every day feels like a lifetime!!!! I just don't know what to do. Sorry for the essay just had to unload xXx

I’m not sure I have much advice as I’m pretty miserable over here too (cramps/contractions from threatened preterm labour and SPD), but thought I’d let you know that you’re not alone!

Does it help when you lie down? Or could you try sitting on/leaning over a birthing ball?
