Early Stage Of Labour. How long?

Heya ladies.
Since yesterday i've been loosing my mucus plug and had cramping and back aches. So today i rang the hosptial and they told me to pop over and get checked out.
They said i've defiantly lost my mucus plug and his head is well down but i'm not dilated.
Since then the pains are not as bad but i have had a stange pressure on my pubic bone and i feel like death lol.
Just wondering if anyone knows how long it will be untill my little man could be here.

Hey, i posted similar on here earlier, ive been same with show since yesterday and cramps on and off and getting strange feeling in front of pelvis like the bones going apart??only way i can describe it, sorry my post not much use but just to let you know going through similar. Hopefully things will progress soon for us both
