I've already signed up to do a mini triathalon in Sept... Good on you. I'd love to be one of these women who gain a stone the whole pregnancy, but I'm not, I can gain weight thinking about food xxx
Oh i am so with you! My thighs are rubbing too, how upsetting but we're nearly there and like you say we can lose the weight after, I was doing well til xmas came then put on a stone in a month (2.5 stone altogether and five weeks til i'm due). I actually mind less now about the weight cos i know i'm nearer to being able to do something about it
I've put on about 3 stone, if not slightly more, but hopefully the baby accounts for 2 stone of it....hmmm maybe not

Your a day behind me in ur due date, we should set a date later in the year that we'd both like to be our old selves again, and see if we can do it
I like to think i'll give myself 9 months (9months on, 9 months off) but i know i'm going to want it off quicker How long do you think it will take you?
9 months is my target but would like to do it within 5/6 months as would like to be back to normal by summertime...

Hoping breastfeeding helps kick start it !!

Eurgh- me too! I weighed myself just before Christmas and had gained nearly 2 stone already. I'm far too scared to get on the scales now as I know it'll make me depressed
I wouldn't mind so much if I had a massive bump, but the weight seems to have gone on everywhere else! I haven't been weighed at all by my MW - I was asked how much I weighed at my booking appointment and that's it.

I'm definitely going to need support to lose weight after as my will power and motivation sucks! I was thinking of starting a mini walking group type thing with some friends starting in May when the weather is a bit nicer. I've got a couple of friends who've just had babies and two more due in the summer, so hopefully they'll be up for it! I definitely can't afford to go to the gym

I've been pretty relaxed about food throughout my pregnancy and am also paying the price for it, because so far I gained about 15kg. with 7 more weeks to go (and everybody keeps on telling me this is when the REAL weight comes on). Am trying to limit the amount of crap that I eat and am going to buy one of those belly bandits to wear after birth. Am also planning to return to the gym and running after 4-6 weeks (if all goes according to plan). Due date is 10 March and I want to look semi-normal by 28 August when I turn 30!
