Piece of advice and a Question.

Hello.

Firstly my piece of advice is... if you have SPD and find you can walk ok in the shoes / trainers you normally wear... don't go and buy a new pair and think it will be just the same... i wore my new trainers yesterday and now i am in sooo much pain!!

And my Question... Last night i kept waking up every hour with bad back and pains at the bottom of my bump... i tried to get up to walk it off... thinking it was maybe my SPD? But i couldnt move... it was like my legs were frozen, then i finally managed to get up and all i could do to move was pull myself along. by the 3rd time of this happening i shuffled around and found some pain killers... took them and got back into bed. I guess i managed to sleep through the rest of the night... The pains were soo bad i nearly got my OH to take me to the hospital... does anyone have any idea what it could be? Or is it just my SPD?
