is anyone else suffering from hunger pains constantly?
i am always hungry, i mean all the time my stomach is rumbling. even the middle of the night i have to get up and eat something to stop the pains.
Yes i was worried about this so went to see my midwife, she said that as long as i wasn't gaining excess amounts of weight then it is nothing to worry about, because it probably just means my body needs the energy.
I have woken up faint and shakey because of hunger, with tummy pains, i have then have to binge on some food before i can get back to sleep, i am now having to eat every few hours aswell. Eating so much is such an effort. xx
food tastes good :-) i don't mind having to eat more often :-P
But yeah, it is strange how hunger affects me now i'm pregnant. I could ignore it before but now i have to eat or i feel ill. And i always have to have breakfast... which is a meal i always used to skip before pregnancy! I just can't wait till lunch time to eat, i would pass out by then
I get like this during the day. Sometimes I wake up instantly hungry and those are the days I stop and get some fast food to settle my craving and a need for a breakfast that will stick with me. Usually I eat a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats around 9:00 am and then I don't eat lunch until 1:00 (it's really hard making it till then cause I get hungry again around 11:00). Then after lunch I get hungry around 3:00. I feel like lil miss piggy, lol!!! Baby gets what baby wants though.
