Don't be so hard on yourself! God, at even earlier stages than that I've wished that she'd pop out so I wouldn't have to suffer anymore. Unless a woman is lucky and has an easy pregnancy (which the occasional woman does), it's likely that this thought will have crossed her mind at some point. Once the baby reaches 37 weeks it is officially a full-term baby and as you are not eating much and still measuring big, it sounds like you have a big baby in there who could handle coming out early.
I really don't think they will sweep you at 36 weeks. Perhaps at 37. A friend of mine was pregnant with twins and went to the hospital begging to be induced at 36 weeks because she basically was immobile and they said absolutely not at 36 weeks, but at 37 yes. Think that is only because she put her foot down and refused to leave until they compromised with her... hehe.
I know a sweep is different to induction, but i dont think they will do anything to bring on labor before your full term. Hang in there hun! We're at about the same date, so I definately know how you feel! x
Don't feel guilty, it's only natural after all that your body is going through.
I'm only a few days ahead of you and I feel pretty much the same and I especially know the annoyance of waking up with the hip pains and constantly having to roll over and change position.
Just do your best to hang in there though, like everyone says.. it'll be worth it in the end. =)
