They are to be avoided, but mostly in the early half of pregnancy when things are developing. Now it's more of a concern for your blood pressure. I'm sure your just fine, drink lots of water to replenish anything you sweated away and relax, watch movements!
Iv had boilin hot baths all way through so far as didnt know until recently the risks and I cant be doing with luke warm ones lol
My mum had boiling hot baths with all 3 of us and she went over with all three lol so I dont think its anything bad a long as you keep yourself hydrated, crack open the window and if you start feeling dizzy get out straight away
A nice hot bath is fine. They are more concerned with hot tubs. You shouldn't be submerged above 101 degrees (especially in the 1st tri) and you shouldn't let you core body temp get over 102 degrees. There is no way your tub got that hot or stayed that hot. I think you'll be fine, but I'm not a dr.
According to the American Pregnancy Association:
A hot bath, which is not uncomfortable or scalding, is a safer way to relax. In a bath much of your upper body will remain out of the water, making you less likely to overheat. Additionally, the water in a bath begins to cool off, as opposed to a hot tub, further reducing any risk of overheating.
