I don't know what it feels like exactly because i haven't experienced it but i have heard people to say it's either a Gush of fluid from the virgina or it can be like a trickle of water coming down your leg

My hind waters went and it was a small gush which then turned into a trickle that kept coming and stopping everytime I changed position. When my foreones went in hospital it ws a much bigger gush and was constant

i was JW bc 2 of my cousins had NO idea they were leaking fluid (gradually) around their 39th-40th week. And when the docs found out the induced immediately. So i was just wondering what to look for? Not like the "real labor has bugun" sort of water breaking, but it slowly and minimually leaks when its not followed by contractions or anything (something you dont want to happen for days).

i think the best advice i have heard is to put on a pad. when my water broke it was not a huge burst but it in fact was my water breaking. but i went and got into the shower because i thought i had peed the bed. it was a small wet spot the size of an orange on the bed. so it may have leaked a lot in the shower. this happened about 330 am. by 5am i was in horrible pain and left for the hospital, and my son was born before 730 am. happened fast. i think with a pad if it trickled a little then kept coming even barely at all, it would be obvious because of the pad. kwim?

I am not due for a while but was admitted to hospital as I have been leaking waters. The truth is I didn't know whether it was fluid or just excess discharge. I knew it wasn't urine as didn't smell, it was clear an watery. Basically it leaked out not much different to how incontinence feels. It soaked through my undewear and dripped/ trickled down my leg.

I just had a hunch it didn't seem right and thought best to get checked out.

Good luck, your bean is nice and ready unlike mine!!!! Xx
