i have suffered with this for years, have a banana a day, the potassium in them stops it, also if you are suffering really bad have acouple of paracetamol about 20 mins before you go to bed, it really helps,xx

When I have restless legs, I take a warm bath and soak before bed. Works for me most of the time.

Urgh restless legs are such a bane! D: I usually get up and walk around if it's really bad. I usually stick a pillow between my legs to try relieve it a little. I read it could also be due to being a little dehydrated so usually drink alot on the nights it's bad. x

This is going to sound silly, but there's an old wives tale that if you put a bar of soap at the end of your bed between your sheets when you sleep the restless leg syndrome will stop.

Sound silly? Yes! But it's worked for my mom for years!
