Hi,

Ive just remember what the nurse said to my suring my last smear test...

she said " ooh you have a very nice cervix"

now that im Preggers Im wondering what she meant by that - a good or a bad thing for labour?

what is a nice cervix anyway?

my very first pap smear the lady told me it was "pretty and pink down here, just like its supposed to be" then when examining me told me that i was "tight"

i was told i have a nice cervix too, i think they mean healthy but it does sound odd especially as my gp was a man

I guess there is a lot of cervix variation, maybe it had hearts and daisies on it?
