Mine was breech at 33 weeks too! then he turned last week I did ask about when it becomes a "concern" and my consultant said they won't worry until 36 weeks. Was told they offer an ECV to manually turn or a section around 39 weeks.

Plenty you can do to help, I am not sure so have a google

I'm nearly 30 weeks and my girl has always favoured breech or transverse....midwife hasn't noted it in my notes before now but at yesterday's appointment it was noted just so they keep an eye on her position more.

I've heard that 6 weeks is still a good length of time for them to be able to turn though xx

gonna google it now, i prob dont help myself as i love to snuggle on the sofa all comfy with pillows but really i think i need to be sat upright lol........ need to get a birth ball as well as i know these can help alot.
Im not to keen on the idea of them manually turning her but it's defo better than having to have a section!
Thanks for all ur replys ladies x x x

Mine is breech, and its so uncomfortable. Now that she's getting stronger and bigger, the kicks in the bladder and cervix really hurt! And her head is right under my right ribs. I have a problem with my uterus, so the consultant doesn't think baby will turn. I'm looking at a probable c-section.

I've heard most babies turn at 36 wks, can start at 34wks, some babies are before, some are after. I don't have a breech baby though, my LO is already starting to engage so he's one of the earlier ones.

I had a look at this thanks Stardust - my girl has been transverse for a couple of weeks and it says that babies that are transverse around 28-30 weeks don't tend to turn......

Will be interesting to see if she does, next mw appt is in 2 and a half weeks x
