In pain after walking ow!

so ive been for a lovely long walk nice and slow but coming back ive got this horrible pain in the top of my bump on the right side feels like ive pulled a muscle or something has anyone else had this? as soon as i stopped walking its feeling loads better.
has anyone else had this its made me nervous of walking now !!!

I feel your pain hun! There is a huuuge hill i have to do on the school run every morning, and when i get to the top i have to lean on someones wall for a minute until the pain goes. Bump stays hard until i get home and sit down for 5 minutes.

glad its not just me it was really painful !! i was struggling to walk any further !! think its litle dude getting heavy he certainly feels it !!! hes had hiccups loads today so he was probably moaning about being bounced up and down !!! x

i am thanks i always know it cant be too bad if it goes as soon as you stop walking !!! but at the time im like that really hurts !!!
