TMI but advice needed!

Not the nicest topic but could do with some advice. My discharge has increased as it predicts it will at this stage - I'm 39+3 today. I've been having to wear panty liners for some time due to this. Anyhow I'm now really sore on the outside of my labia and it all feels swollen and really uncomfortable. It's not thrush. I look like John Wayne when I'm walking! Any advice appreciated?

Sorry huni iv had that for a couple of weeks so not to sure. Quite a few people have put it down to pressure of baby x
