I've started snoring and grunting I'n my sleep!!! Eh??
Hi ladies, for the last few weeks I've started snoring and waking myself up with a really loud grunt?? I've never snored before and I've recently started having a stuffy nose and all i can think of is that it's because my diaphram is all squashed and my breathing fast and shallow. I hope this dissapears after baby arrives.! Was awake at 4:30 am this morning has anyone else had this???
hahaha ohhhhhh yes - my hubby sleeps on the sofa as i snore so loudly the blood vessels in your nose swell due to the increase in blood - should disappear after baby comes. i bloody hope so, i too am fed up of waking myself up snoring and feeling stuffy
Yes!!! Thankfuly I'm not alone. I've started to think that I'm turning into some sort of hog. Only got until Sunday and I'll be induced if baby doesn't come after sweep tomorrow. Poor OH, i think he'd rather me stay I'n bed and cuddle than dissapear but it's sooo mortifying when i make the loud grunt. O plus i let out huge windy fart I'n bed a few days ago and that woke me up as well- think he pretended not to hear me! Bless. It's not pretty this pregnancy lark!!!
I know exactly what you mean, been snoring unfortunately for the last 3 months, hubby chose to sleep in the spare room because its that bad!! Even when I sleep on my sleep it still happens, I get puffy eyes some days too - not ideal - midwife suggestion was to inhale olbas oil in water to relieve the early morning stuffiness - helped a little but I have woken myself quite a few times - your not alone - I have put on 3 stone in my pregnancy hoping I lose quickly otherwise hubby may never want to come back our bedroom!!! Last thought try the breathright strips to help you sleep better, didn't cure my snoring but worth a try! x
