Iv just bought some raspberry leaf tea. Iv never had it before. Iv read that by 37/38 weeks you should be drinking 4 or so cups a day. Can I drink that many now or do you have to build it up over a few weeks?
hey i jus bought some too its ok if u have 3 sugars with it hehe im not a tea or coffee drinker so its reli strange for me to be having this but its quite pleasant cuz its got a hint of apple in it ... im 37 weeks and the lady behind the counter was like "how many weeks r u" i was like "umm 37 why?" and she sed "well we dont advise drinking this in early pregnancy" i was like "ooook then" lol i am clearly not in the first trimester of my pregnacy :/ xx

I drink it when I remember to (same when I was preggo with my daughter) which means some days I forget completely and some days I have 3 cups and it never seems to do anything apart from bring on braxton hicks - same with my daughter. HTH xx
It's supposed to bring on braxton hicks; it helps tone your uterus muscles, and contracting is the best way! It's supposed to help with concentrating them as well, but I'm not sure how that works. So keep drinking! I found if I drank it during braxton hicks, then it would make them more comfortable, and less of a nuisance.
