Hey Ladies... I hope you guys are all feeling ok!!
I am having some pretty strong pain on the top of my belly...about 4 fingers up from my belly button. It feels a bit like a pulled muscle but almost as if it's being pinched really hard. It hurts when I'm sitting, standing, laying down, etc. I had it yesterday morning as well, but to be honest I can't remember how long it took for it to go away. Today I've had it for the last hour.
This is my first pregnancy so I'm not sure what actual labor contractions feel like, but I've definitely been having braxton hicks the last couple days with some hip pain, but nothing out of the ordinary I don't think. No bleeding either. I'm feel A LOT of pressure on my cervix lately too...shooting pains and Gryffen moving quite a bit lower than usual.
Could this just be round ligament pain or maybe a pulled belly muscle? My doctor mentioned that at this stage (because of how big he's getting), I'll experience a lot of stretching pains so I'm just wondering if this is normal combined with all the braxton hicks and pressure on my cervix.
I've never experenced pain like that before. It could be that you pulled something especially if you may have lifted something heavy or exercised too hard. Could also possibly be you LO kicking hard and made you sore.
