Pain in cervix when walk/stand?

Hi ladies, I am a bit early here.

I am about to call my MW, but tought asking you girls as well...

I am having pains in my cervical erea when i walk since Thursday, but today it got worth, I have constant pain when I stand, walk or even bend over or lift one foot. It's not a shooting pain, it's more of a presure/bone pain. I can even feel the pain in my legs and the hips.
I am extremely worried that something is wrong and wanted to know if any one had the same?

Thanks,

Are you sure your not talking about pain in the pubic joint? Sounds a lot like SPD or pelvic girdle pain. Especially if you find it difficult to stand on one leg. I have severe SPD and this is how mine started. Here's a couple of sites for you to have a little read of, if you think this sounds like what your experiencing get to your midwife or G.P for a physio referral.

http://www.pelvicpartnership.org.uk/
http://www.pelvicinstability.org.uk/...girdlepain.asp

PM me if you want any help or support, I have suffered since 16 weeks x

Thanks for the links. After reading this, I think its most likely I am having PSD. Is it something the GP can check? How do you deal with it?

SPD honey, yes see your midwife or G.P. Ask for a referral to physio, and they will be able to advise you on it. (Although midwives and G.P's understand the condition I have found them pretty useless for getting advice) Unfortunately there isn't a cure, and it will likely get worse throughout your pregnancy. BUT there are things that will help, and may slow any progression. Your G.P will be able to prescribe painkillers if the SPD becomes severe, but try to manage on paracetamol as long as you can. Those websites are good for advice, and feel free to message me x
