one day overdue....is this a sign???

Well.....i'm one day overdue and went for a brisk walk with the dog...
whilst i was out i had a horrible stitch pain along the left side of my bump (it was reli bad)...after that it didnt go away for 10 mins...i stopped walking and layed down on the bench for a while...it went and i could carry on...after that i kept getting braxton hicks and at one point i had a few that were like 7 mins apart.....ive also been getting wierd pains in my crotch and lower back pains every so often...i had a bath it went but then got out the bath and it came back...is this a sign??

i get stitch like pains often and they are just ligament pains tbh. Braxton Hicks are what ive been getting but unless they are regular and stay regular then its unlikely they are the real deal..although what you describe with the back pains and everything sounds like your baby is gearing up to come out!

I have cramps like this when I go for my daily walk so it might be normal pains due to pregnancy, BUT if they didn't stop after you bath it might be a sign because my child class teacher said that it is NOT BH if a bath doesn't make it go away or if you are still cramping after taking medicine and relaxing in a warm bath. Hopefully it's a good sign for you! Good luck!

Hey. I am one day overdue too! I have been getting strong menstrual like cramps and braxton hicks every now and then but its probably false labor. I may have to be induced if I go over 10 days. Have you lost your plug? I havent I dont think. Keep us updated!
