anyone waking up with hangover symptoms?

Obviously not a real one! But last few days I am waking up with awful groggy feeling, slight headache, thirsty, generally just feeling cr@p . . takes me half the day to feel better.

Wonder is being THIS tired constantly normal near the end?

Had 10 hours sleep, TEN!! Besides one trip to the bathroom and a couple of left to right, right to left turns in bed

And still feel like death!

I'm tired

I wouldn't mind so much if i'd actually had a drink lol but I have stayed tee total all throughout and not touched a drop!!

I've been having the same a few mornings. Think it's dehydration. Drinking a glas of water through the night and another straight after waking up seems to help lots. Feel better everyone!
