He was 12day's late, and i had to be induced, so not great if im honest. Was a long slow labour. I wanted a water birth but after being in the pool for 5hours i was only 5cm dialated which is what i was when i got in the pool 4hours on the drip and i was ready to push, but we were back to back, and after trying to push him our for 3hours they did an episotomy and used the vontouse. Bless my boy had a cone shaped head, which is funny looking back at his baby pictures, and i couldn't walk properly for 2week's with the stiches (also hurt to cough or sneeze). Then my BP skyrocketed, and i almost fainted in the shower, so just when i though i could get some dignity back, i had 5 midwives rush in to my naked rescue but i'd happily have it the same again!! The feeling you get when LO is popped straight onto you in indescribable! Can't wait for November ^.^
Oh, i also had gas and air the entire time, and had 2 shots of diamorphenie, which did make me puke but gas and air is the best ever!! Just have plenty to drink at hand as it give's you really bad dry mouth! Hope i havent scared you with details >.<
Do you have any name's in mind for baby yet?
