black pudding!!


can any1 tell me please if ure allowed to eat black pudding?? i bought some the other day on the shopping & im abit dubious to have it,,,,i no u cant have liver in pregnancy & im wondering if black pudding is the same!! i cant get hold of my md to ask her so i thought id ask u lovely ppl......x

Im not totally sure but i sat and ate loads of it the other day !!

First time since i got pregnant and it was GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've eaten it quite a bit, didn't even think!

The reason you can't have liver is due to the vitamin A, and the main ingredient in black pudding is blood (yummy!!!)

Yeah you're allowed it, yummy fried with sausages and bacon etc....full English
