Urination false alarms

Half the time I go to the bathroom I don't pee more than a few drops or the stream will just stop with my bladder still full. Is this LO on the bladder or something else? I'm having more pelvic pain than usual and my lower back has started acting up. If it's LO being low (I'm 27-29 weeks) is there a way I can encourage her to move further up? I've had a uti and a kidney infection in the past and this doesn't feel like those did. All I can find on the internet is frequent urination in the third trimester.

Don't worry hun, half the time I go to the toilet you wouldn't beable to wash a mouse in what comes out.

Feels like I'm BURSTING... go to the toilet and get a dribble. It's baby getting bigger and restricting how big the bladder can get before you get the feeling I think.

it could be a UTI still. i've had a history of UTI's for the past 5 years and when I was about 27 weeks i went to the hospital with low back pain and pelvic pain and was freaking out. come to find out i just had a UTI but if left untreated it could send you into preterm labor. It wouldn't hurt to let your doctor know if you dont want to go in at least drink lots of water and cranberry juice just to be safe. (UTIs while pregnant feel nothing like a UTI when not pregnant so i had no idea thats what it was)
