what can I take to strengthen uterus

ok so people say rlt ect all help with strengthening cervix and readying it for labour..

What can I take to maybe help with this and when should I start using it.

So far I have evening primrose oil capsules, raspberry leaf tea bags, clary sage oil, I also have some raspberry leaf capsules on the way.

I will strongly say I am not trying to start labour at all, just want things to help with labour ??

It's said that raspberry leaf doesn't induce, just strengthen the muscles ready for labour to make contractions more efficient, and it's said you can start from 1 cup a day and work up to about 4, from 32 weeks.

It's down to personal choice, and there's alot of 'apparently, and supposed to etc' because nothing really can prove if it actually helps or not

RLT is good for strengthening the uterus, as it contains the alkaloid 'fragine' which apparently strengthens and tones the muscles of the uterus.

EPO helps rippen the cervix.

Dont use EPO or clary sage unless you're ready to have your LO.

I didt take RLT for my first and although that labour was 'only' 8 and a half hours by the time I was allowed to push I couldnt as the contractions had got rubbish so I was put on a drip and he was ventouse'd. with my second I took raspberry leaf tablets from 34 weeks. Labout was 4 and a half hours and when I pushed he came out quickly, only a couple of pushes, will defo take raspberry leaf this time too. Its supposed to make the uterus more effective during the pushing stage
